CATCHER IN THE RYE SHOULD NOT BE REQUIRED READING IN PUBLIC SCHOOLS

It's a good book, but it's not educational. Just sayin' y'all. Word. Double word. I think it's time to drop some lyrics on y'all home pizza slices. For real.

What is up home dog?
You smell like a dirt-covered hog
Your mother is a fat ass
She has a lot of mass
Word up
This is basic thuganomics
I'm John Cena
You have a small pen-a
I have a large amount of jewelery and own a summer beach home in Hawaii
You guys are so Japanese that I think you're kawaii
Don't mind me
I think I have diarrhea

  3. I really liked it, although to some extent I agree. It doesn't really have a positive moral ending or morals at all throughout the whole book and it's not all that special as some other "classic" literature that's usually high school required.

  4. I never liked that book either. We didn't have to read it in school though, that's interesting.

  5. Had to read it in school, didn't really like or dislike it, but I only read it because I had to. Overall, not the best bit of required reading and I could think of many other books that could replace it.
